Colichrom-NPS
Medium for selective and rapid quantitative detection of E. coli and coliforms from water, food and other samples within 24 hours.
Due to the chromogenic additives the bacteria are easy to differentiate. E. coli forms blue, coliforms forms red colonies. The colonies of secondary gram-negative bacteria are beige-coloured.
Membrane filter: White with 0.45µm pore size
Recommended incubation condition: 16-24 hours at 37°C
