Medium selective for the detection of E. coli and fecal coliforms from water, food and other samples.
After 12-16 hours (first inspection) E. coli form small yellowish colonies, which later change to orange and develop a yellow halo.
Membrane filter: White with 0.45µm pore size
Recommended incubation condition: 18-24 hours at 37°C
