The poor nutrient medium in combination with low incubation temperatures at long incubation times is the optimal for growth of undemanding and stressed bacteria.
Membrane filter: Green with 0.45µm pore size
Recommended incubation condition: 3-5 days at 20°C or 28°C or 2-3 days at 35°C
