Lactose-TTC-Tergitol-NPS
Medium selective for detection of E. coli and coliforms from water.
E. coli form yellow colonies with yellow halo. Coliforms grow as red colonies with yellowish halo. Colonies of Lactose-negative bacteria are red sometimes with bluish halo.
Membrane filter: White with 0.45µm pore size
Recommended incubation condition: 21±3 hours at 36±2°C
